Who Are We?

The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre in Buckinghamshire is owned by IVC Evidensia and proudly lead by our Clinical Director Laura Baydoun. We are delighted that in 2024, we have had the privilege of caring for animals in the local community for 60 years.

All of our team members share our Clinical Director’s passion, to provide our clients and their pets with the best care and service possible. We are all animal lovers and pet owners and take great pride in treating your pets as if they were our own.

We are able to offer your pet(s) a wide range of services at our surgeries, performed by our dedicated team members in a caring and friendly environment.

Client Charter

  • We will always greet you and your pet with a smile.
  • We will always treat your pet as if it were our own, with total care and attention.
  • You will only ever have a consultation with fully qualified vet, or nurses using the most suitable equipment and medicines available.
  • In the consultation room, we we always listen to you to understand the nature of your concerns and explain the treatment options available to you.
  • We will endeavour do discuss any costs with you before they arise.
  • We will regularly seek your feedback to try and improve our service to you.
